Klövern has around 379 properties. The properties have a total lettable area of almost 2,378,000 sq.m. and the value amounted to approximately SEK 20,9 billion.

Klövern’s base product is, of course, the premises. The company concentrates on commercial premises within Business and Science Parks, small enterprise parks and city properties.The rental value, i.e. the rental income if all premises were fully let, totals around SEK 2.3 billion.
